Chef Robert Irvine is on a mission to save America’s run-down and discredited restaurants from the brink of closure– even when the task is seemingly impossible. From a well-loved family establishment whose client base has died off, to a restaurant whose unpleasant owner has given the place a bad reputation, Robert is committed to turning things around. Many factors go into running a successful eatery, and after tackling cleanliness, wait staff and décor, there is still the food to consider. Can Robert transform these impossible restaurants, or will their doors close for good?
