Guy Fieri is back, bigger and bolder than ever, as he takes us on a cross-country trip to visit the best of America’s diners, drive-ins and dives - the humble eateries that have been serving up the ultimate in local flavour for decades. And it’s not just hot dogs and burgers, as Guy takes a backstage look at how a new generation are putting a fresh spin on family favourites and international specialities. Their delicious Ethiopian jambalaya, Maui-style barbecue, and pork-belly Cubans delight old and young alike. From a barbecue shack on the Texas roadside, to a vegan take on the classic Italian deli in Minneapolis, Guy gets us a taste of the food that makes America great.
