¼ tsp salt

1 Tbsp finely grated lemon zest

½ cup cool unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

½ cup whipping cream

¼ cup 2% milk, plus extra for brushing

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

 

Glaze

1 cup icing sugar, sifted

1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
