5 large eggs, almost at room temperature

⅓ cup sour cream (full-fat)

1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

1 ½ cups cake flour

½ teaspoon salt

 

Glaze:

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons water

⅓ cup sugar
