Ingredients

For the chocolate sponge:

175g dark chocolate (35-45% cocoa)

150ml water

110g unsalted butter

2 medium eggs

200g caster sugar

200g self raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

For the cheesecake filling:

6 leaves sheet gelatine (or enough to set 1pt of liquid)

100ml double cream

400g full fat cream cheese

150g caster sugar

100ml Greek yoghurt

2 egg whites

8 Oreo biscuits – crushed into small pieces

 

To decorate:

Half a can of caramel and 10 Oreo biscuits broken into large pieces
