Ingredients

For the dough:

  • ? cup milk, just above body temperature (38°C)
  • 2¼ tsp instant dry yeast
  • ? cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 3½ cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup unsalted butter , room temperature

For the ganache glaze:

  • ½ cup whipping  cream
  • 115g chopped  dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Icing sugar for dusting
