Braaied Pork Chops and Grilled Plum Salad

Pork Chops:

4 pork loin chops 
3 T canola oil
180 ml dry white wine - any SA
50g capers, very finely chopped
3 T balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T Dijon mustard
3 T tomato paste
4 T chopped fresh parsley
4 T fresh chopped thyme
½ t Salt 
¼ t freshly ground pepper to taste
Bunch of fresh parsley to garnish

Grilled plum Salad:

1 T canola oil 
6 plums, some halved some quartered, ripe but still firm
2 T honey 

Serve with 
100 g baby rocket, rinsed and patted dry
100 g watercress, rinsed and patted dry 
40 g walnuts, chopped 
40 g pecan nuts, chopped 
100 g feta cheese, crumbled  

quick dressing 
60ml olive oil
20ml red wine vinegar
1 t dijon
1 t honey
pinch salt
pinch pepper
