375g maize meal (white polenta) 

Topping 
2 tbsp tomato paste
4T basil pesto 
120g mozzarella cheese, grated
100 g (4 slices) parma ham, ripped
50 g (about 5 slices) spicy salami slices 
½ small red onion, sliced  
4 T shaved Parmesan 
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
basil, to garnish
