Ingredients

2 T olive oil
1 onion, sliced  
2 garlic cloves, chopped 
12 rashers bacon, sliced into 0.5 cm slices across the rasher 
2 large mushrooms brown mushrooms, sliced
4 tsp Italian garlic and herb seasoning *see recipe below
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
125 ml  warm water
375 ml  full cream milk 
½ tsp mustard powder
4T crème Fraiche
65 g  mature cheddar cheese, grated 
50 g  parmesan cheese, grated and extra for serving
90g roll fresh tagliatelle 
2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley 
pea shoots, to garnish

Italian garlic and herb seasoning

2 tsp each dried herbs: oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme and sage
1 tsp each of dried rosemary, salt, onion powder and garlic flakes 
½ t chilli flakes
