Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

Turkey Meatballs:

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup milk 

1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped 

1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves, chopped 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

2 cloves garlic, grated 

1 large egg 

450g ground turkey (you can replace this with chicken) 

4 to 8 tablespoons grapeseed oil 

Quick Marina Sauce: (with an optional spicy version)

2 400g cans crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste 

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped 

1 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

2 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons red wine, optional (for the spicy version)

1 teaspoon red chilli flakes, optional (for the spicy version)

Pinch kosher salt

450g spaghetti

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Chopped fresh basil, for garnish

Grated Parmesan, for garnish
