CAULIFLOWER PUREE

2 heads of cauliflower – coarsely grated

200g butter

100g of white chocolate

20 macadamia nuts

2 tbsp butter

CURRY SALT

1 tbsp curry powder 

1 tbsp salt

VINAIGRETTE

1/2 cup chilli olive oil

salt

2 lemons, juiced 

8 radishes, sliced on a mandolin

Pea shoots, to garnish
