Vanilla Cupcakes:

Cooking spray

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon fine salt

2 large eggs, at room temperature

2/3 cup g sugar

12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 cup milk

Avocado Buttercream Frosting:

Two 225g avocados, halved, pitted and peeled

115g unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and softened

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup icing sugar
