About Tia Mowry

Tia Mowry has been in the public eye for over 20 years, gaining initial fame in her teens starring opposite her twin sister, Tamera Mowry, in the hit comedy Sister Sister. Her work on the series won her two NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series, and three Kids Choice Awards for Favorite Television Actress. After the series wrapped production, Mowry attended Pepperdine University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After graduating, Mowry returned to television starring in The Game on CW and BET, and The Style Network’s Tia and Tamera, for which she also served as Executive Producer. In 2013 Mowry published her debut book, Oh Baby!: Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another, and she will be releasing a series of young adult books with her sister entitled, Twintuition, in April 2015. Currently, Mowry can be seen starring on and producing the hit Nickelodeon series Instant Mom. When not acting, she spends time in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Cory Hardrict, and her son Cree Taylor.

Tia Mowry At Home

Join television star Tia Mowry in her kitchen as she prepares meals for her friends and her husband Cory, with whom she shares a love of cooking – and a penchant for competition. The series kicks off with a Tia-against-Cory-cook-off before the couple puts aside their friendly rivalry to host a Thanksgiving feast of old classics with new twists. After an indulgent turkey dinner, topped off with a pumpkin cheesecake with bacon crumble crust, Tia shifts gears for her perfect food day, starting with a healthy green juice and a Greek frittata. When Cory’s single actor friends stop by, Tia gives them a real home-cooked meal of lamb burgers and courgette fries. Come see what else Tia Mowry has cooking at home!
